Another under-18 question

I fully understand the Literotica rule regarding no sexual activity by anyone under-18, but what if someone appeared to be under-18?

I'm petite, okay small. Four feet ten inches. I'm in my mid twenties now but when I started university aged eighteen I had to carry photo ID everywhere. It's the legal age to drink here in England but in any bar I'd have to prove my age. You see, at eighteen I looked about fifteen with no boobs to speak of. Recently, I began to wonder if someone in that situation could make a career in the porn industry and have started to write a story.

If I made it absolutely clear that the main character was over eighteen, would that scenario breach the Literotica ruling? She would engage in sex but always with other actors who knew her real age. At no time does anyone believe that she is under-18. However, her innocent child-like appearance is her main selling point on which she builds a career.

I'd be grateful for any thoughts and advice.

Reminds me of Coco Lovelock. She's petite and has a kind of babyish face that makes her look quite young, which is probably part of her allure as a porn actress.
Your scenario sounds like it skirts the rules against ageplay, so it probably all comes down to presentation as to whether or not it will fly. Too many winks and nudges about how young she looks, and how that's a selling point for the character's career, might well cross the line. I don't think it's a sure-fire rejection, but a fine line will probably have to be walked.

Sounds acceptable to me. If they are 18, they are 18 - there's no 18-but-looks-like-a-child-so-therefore-not-allowed. As long as she isn't acting like a child, it should pass. That is, as long as she's not '18' nominally but by every other metric underage, you'll be fine. A lot of 18 year olds look young. I did too. That's just down to biology.

Personally, I think it would be okay and I understand your situation, but I will admit that, in context, it’s perhaps borderline.

There's your stumbling block. If your story is constantly sexualising her child like appearance, you're effectively writing a child, regardless of all your adult disclaimers. I think that's pushing very hard against the policy line. I'd be clearing that with Laurel before you commit to writing it for this site.

This. Laurel is the ultimate arbiter, so if you're in real doubt, I'd ask her.

Mentioning her attributes is of course fine, and it makes sense that this should go through... I'm just picturing a number of fuckscenes, written by you as if she was performing for the camera, in which she "acts young" during sex. I'm fairly sure that would NOT fly with Laurel.

You can probably mention something like how she gets a lot of work in the industry, where producers often cast her in their youngest roles. Mention it once, as exposition, but when writing the actual sex it's best if she act her age (25) somehow.

I think it's how much you highlight the physical attributes and how blatantly you describe them. I have several stories in which the protagonist plays a child's role on a TV series and yet is over 18 and enjoys his jollies off set. None have been rejected.

That's why I'm thinking it would be unwise to emphasize those attributes during sex. I wonder whether it matters, though.

Hefner made bank with the concept of "barely legal" models and porn, so it won't be an issue as long as the age is established, and you only have to do it once. Repeatedly stressing it looks like you're paranoid and could make people wonder why.

It's only when they start acting underage as well ( even when it's clearly defined as roleplay ) that it gets dicey. Just looking young and even fetishizing it has never been a problem.

Make some kind of reference like that rather than dwelling on specific numbers or detailing appearance.


I had some work done last fall. The surgeon was very petite, like not much more than 100 pounds. Pencil figure, no shape at all. The only thing that really showed any age at all was her face. Nothing about her would give you the impression of 8 or more years of advanced schooling.

I've included physical size, flexibility, and smooth skin in "during sex" descriptions and haven't had it rejected.

Read almost anything by Gabthewriter, and you will see that petite, slim, flat-chested, but explicitly 18+ protagonists are fine here.
