Another dumb question about registering under another name.

If I have two different names I'm regesterd under, know one can find out about the first one? And also would it be possible to send in stories under both names? You know like if I dont care if the person at work see's one story but dont want them to know about other ones. Thanks and sorry for being so unknowing.
