An American Taliban fighter held captive by Marines in Afghanistan has told American officials that al Qaeda«s next attack on the United States will take place in days and involve biological weapons, U.S. intelligence officials told The Washington Times

John Walker Lindh, the Taliban guerrilla captured near Mazar-e-Sharif, said in intelligence debriefings at the U.S. Marine Corps base near Kandahar that ÒPhase IIÓ of al Qaeda«s war against the United States will occur at the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, which ends Sunday. He told U.S. intelligence officials that the Ramadan attack will involve the use of biological weapons... MORE...

The information was among other intelligence reports that led the Bush administration to issue a public warning last week about a possible terrorist attack, the officials said...

we said valid links

The drudge report is not a valid source for anything except a great place to shit or piss on.

Hmm...:(

Okay, I've dredged the Washington Times site, the Washington Post site, CNN.com, and the BBC.com. Nothing's there.

It's on the Drudge Report, but it's an unattributed screamer headline on the front page, with nothing else to link with it.

There real articals. If you dont agree with them thats your chose.

First of all, your spelling stinks. Second of all, I've only spent one semester taking Journalism classes, and I could see that the article had no secondary source verification. Walker told whom, who told whom? The link of hearsay needs to be more firm before it can be anything but hearsay.

Hon, you seem like a nice, well-intentioned person. If you want people to take you seriously, you might want to work on your grammar and spelling.

"They're real articles. If you don't agree with them, that's your choice."

oakley, the drudge report is for cheyenne and cheyenne only. it's not to be believed as a first source for anything outside of bill and monica.

How can it be breaking news when it hasn't broken on the news or any major news websites. Just the Drudge?

Oakley, I would think that breaking news would more likely wind up on the new york times or washington tribune or CNN than the drudge report... But that's just my opinion, and I could be wrong.

oakleyx4,

From this post, and others of yours, you strike me as somewhat of a news junkie. Nothing wrong with that, but I'm wondering why you're posting it here?

You all mean...

The Drudge Report is a spoof publication? Damn.

I was looking forward to giving my oath of loyalty to the US of A!

:D

so is it drugde or drudge, quick get those guys back in here! Then we'll wait for the validity.
