Anonymous sent me a email

I have anonymous turned off, but I have been receiving private comments from Anonymous. It would appear something is broken. Also, in the email field you can type anything in there... it doesn't even need to be a valid email address.

A different issue with the feedbacks: The feedback system is a nice way to get in contact without exposing one's email address, but unlike the forum's PMs it doesn't give a hint who sent it, even if they don't opt for being anonymous.
Is it possible to advise people on the feedback form that the message sent through the feedback system won't include their username? Like "don't forget your signature if you want a reply." I had now several messages that somehow asked for an answer but people simply forgot to indicate who to send it to, so...
