You know and I know that halloween is one of those holidays where diets are broken, candy binges happen, and upset stomachs follow. it's okay for our kids, and usually we don't let them eat the processed sugar until the night of. my sister lets her kids eat all the candy they want on halloween night from their loot and then it's gone the next morning.
i digress. it's hard to resist candy corn temptation or the seductive grins of popcorn balls and mini reese cups. and sometimes it starts earlier than halloween.
so here's a support thread for all you parents and adults who can't help themselves in the month of october.
