Today's been a better day, a friend came by and draged me out of bed to go to lunch. Lunch was great, we ate at a new little bistro in the villiage (which included an alcoholic beverage) and then we browsed through some antique shops. It was a nice afternoon.

Thanks for all your concern, I'm sorry for causing you all to worry so. But that doesn't mean I want all those hugs to stop......was enjoying them!

Whenever you start to second-guess yourself or feel yourself slipping into a funk, remember us. We think you are wonderful. We know you deserve what is right.

Divorce sucks no matter how hard you try to be grown up and reasonable. I've been through it myself. Illness coupled with everything else you have been forced to deal with, can weaken your spirit. Try to be strong when you have to be but don't be afraid to let your vulnerable side show with the people you trust.

Stick to your guns Angel and always know that there are many people here at Lit who will gladly take the time to listen to your troubles and offer their help and support...myself included!

Yes, little by little...

Gf came over this Saturday night and we went out to a new pub in the villiage. We had a few drinks listen and sang to the music...I watched all the guys try to pick her up, and hey, while they were buying her drinks I got a free one too....so not bad really! Some extra perks to having good looking friends! LOL

It felt good though, to forget my troubles even if for only a few hours! hope we can do it again soon!

Im new to this site but I read the posts about u. Kepp ur chin up. I as well as may other folks have been thru divorce and there is life after divorce. U should be proud of urself for getting out of an unhealthy situation. As for the medical situation..I have been a Firefighter/Paramedic for 21 + yrs...ya I kno Im old...and I have seen some amazing things happen. Things will workout. God bless ya.
