I see. It seems like a privilege of a sort. I don't really comment often, but as I said, my comment has never been published in less than several hours. Anyone else has this "privilege" of having instant comments?About once every 2 or 3 days.
For what it's worth, I don't have instant comments. My guess is that it's automatically granted by some combination of a minimum number of comments, a minimum number of recent comments, and a low number (possibly none) of comments that were deleted by Laurel/Manu. If you don't comment often, that would explain it.I see. It seems like a privilege of a sort. I suppose that could be it. It would hardly be surprising, considering how the website worksFor what it's worth, I don't have instant comments. I comment on probably seven to ten stories a day. And all mine have posted immediately since the change last month or the month beforeYou are saying that for weeks now, all your comments have been published instantly or near instantly? How often do you comment?

Don't know for sure, but it shows up on the Feedback Portal almost immediatelyProbably a stupid question, but just to be sure: Are you sure they're actually posted, or is it just that weird new display they implemented?
When I post a comment, it shows up with the other comments underneath the textarea instantly, as if it had been posted. But if I then reload the page, in about half the cases, my comment is gone, just to then publicly appear about an hour or so later.
I've never doubted thatI just had a comment post instantly. I guess I must be a good guy.
