It is true that moving from anus to vagina can cause vaginitis.

I don't know about yeast, but I think I've heard or read— and don't quote me, because I don't know where it came from— that there is a certain degree of yeast that is native to the gut, and is only considered an infection if it gets out of hand. The vagina (as I understand it) is much more susceptible to yeast, so again, moving from anus to vagina could conceivably cause a yeast infection.

Hard to get medical advice about things like this, because professionals will always err on the side of caution. And when it comes to kinky things, most professionals will err well on the far side of caution.
