I, too, plan ahead for anal sex ( I never cruise for this, but engage in it with someone I know well). A couple of hours ahead of time, I take a good dump, then jump in the shower and douche my ass with either the hot water bottle type enema bag or the type that a woman uses to douche. I use plain water at as close to body temp as I can get. Squirt the water in, and when I start feeling a little full remove the tube and let the water run out (Hint: stand over the drain end of a tub).
