I am a 45 y/o bi sexual male diagnosed with the commom ailment of an enlarged prostate 2 years ago. I was unable to tell my doctor of my anal sex desires although I'm sure he figured it out when he did the digital exam.
I no longer have anal sex due to the pain caused by my prostate (he checked for cancer and so far none) and the reason I liked anal sex so much was because of the intense orgasms from my prostate being stimulated during anal sex.
Well, now it hurts. I tried small dildos, but even a deep finger hurts and anything larger not only hurts, but completely stops any hopes of erection and/or arousal and I cant cum for at least a day or two.
Is there anything I can do to once again enjoy anal sex? My doctor is currently treating me with increased Zinc supplements which really help the everyday discomfort but he says I'll have an enlarged prostate for the rest of my life and we have to check it every six months to see if it is getting larger, so far, it has not.
I dont want to deaden it with pain killers but there's got to be a way to enjoy anal without damage or pain to my prostate...isnt there? Please post if you face or have faced this problem and if you have anal sex with an enlarged prostate, how do you overcome the pain. I have tried small dildos but used to really love large ones, but now i cant have anything inserted. I wonder if using quite large dildos in the past caused this problem in the first place...again, I couldnt tell my doctor of this for various reasons, but if anyone can post info on this subject, I'd be greatful.
