Don't know how much cleaner you can get without one. You can only do so much outside, but when it comes to the inside the enema is the way to go.

Well I guess you could just wait until she naturally relieves herself. But I always feel much more secure taking an enema first. Then you're guaranteed a nice clean excursion.
