Anal Douching

Hello,
Sorry but I am new to all this. I am, as my name says New To Bi. I am a 45 y/o WM and I have been reading and have seen pro's and Con's about Anal Douching. Can anyone give me more information on this? Has anyone had any dealings with this? What do you use ? Water? Vaginal Douch's? If Vaginal douche, which one? I am just curious?

I'm not an exert by any stretch (slight pun) but I used to have one of those little red squeeze bulbs. It worked well with just plain tap water (careful to adjust the water to the right tempurature). Also had one of those shower attachments that worked better as it was more effective, you just had to be really careful with the water pressure and how much you held inside you.

I loved being totally clean inside and would say it made using toys much more pleasureable without worrying about messes. If you are going to have anal sex, be clean, you'll enjoy it more.

Anal douching is also sometimes called an enema. You can get a Fleet enema from any drugstore. If you do, DUMP OUT what it came with! Then fill it with plain warm water. (The solution they have in it contains chemicals that are not nice to your insides.) A Fleet enema is a cheap and easy way to keep clean.

I choose to say Never Turn Your Back On Mother Earth, and yes I know it is an old Propaganda song, but I do like the song in the Cunterfeit EP 1 version by Martin Lee Gore who is the songwriter (nowadays anyway and perhaps the primary songwriter) of Depeche Mode.

Do not use vaginal douche! It isn't designed for your digestive tract and could cause problems. Water, just plain old water is the best. If you are worried, use distilled or purified water. The fleet's enemas are OK, but if you are doing heavy anal play or fisting, use an honest to God enema bag. You might have to do it a couple of times to get really clean. Only clear water should come out when you expell the liquid, that's when you are clean as a whistle!

Also, wait about an hour before playing. That way any excess water can absorbe and should there be any stray material you can expell it before the "big night".

Even with a dilligent cleaning you can still have accidents, it comes with the territory. Just my advice on it.
