Anal dilators

I own a few toys that looked small enough to use for internal prostate play. Of course, since I've bought them, I've discovered that all but one of these toys is HUGE, compared to my anus. So, finally, this morning, I went to www.medicaltoys.com and ordered the set of anal dilators in the hope of 'training' my sphincter to open up enough so that the toys will be useable and comfortable. Has anyone else here used anal dilators? Do they work? If so, how long did it take you to 'train' your sphincter?

I imagine that if you're not stingy with the anal lube, have a considerate lover, and can reserve a few playdates, you'll soon be enjoying your toys full-throttle.
