Although a newly designated Virgin, I have been enjoying your art posts for some time and am constantly astounded with your esoteric approach to erotic work of an artistic nature. Provocative, graphic and, in some cases, confrontational, those threads have been a delight I look for each time I join this board.
However, it was just in recent times that I shaped the theory these art threads are not randomly selected but are carefully chosen by you to create mental layers within layers. The very nature of the pictures selected, the careful order you post them and of course your sly but gentle clues, lead me to the conclusion that many of your Erotic Art threads are a small piece of art and you are, virtually, posting art within art. The two 'Mixture' threads of the weekend are excellent examples
Let me add your very presence on the board adds an intense intellectual intelligence that mixed with your understated elegance and warmth, is a heady mixture indeed. The restrained but deep emotion of your Lesbian thread was, in my diminutive opinion, one of the three preeminent threads of the weekend (the 'Mixture' threads being the others two).
That now brings me to your stories. I am by trade and in a small way implicated in some artistic endeavours, which does necessitate some arduous reading so I seek erotic stories to wile away some time while refreshing my weary mental capabilities. These stories are what brought me to this site and I have been an avid reader for the reasons mentioned. At best, I have found these stories to be entertaining fluff with no real characterization or plot development, bordering on pornography.
When your art and other threads intrigued me, I curiously clicked on your link to Entree and read it. Found it to be deftly written, amusing, charming and sensually full of small details usually missing in erotic stories. Then, I read Famous Blue Raincoat and was floored by the emotional ride you took me on as I travelled through a world and a time you had created! I immediately read it again and again and then devoured Berlin . O My God! You do not write erotica, your create literature of an erotic nature that justifies the name of this very site.
I now feel like a fool for having ignored your wonderful and emotional stories for so long. I am also thinking there may be other writers of your stature on this site (I am optimistic) and will now search with enthusiasm.
