Hello out there, all you conciousnesses floating through the internet tubes. Interested in chatting? I'm usually on during the day, EST. I am an author here on the site, but I'm looking for something more personal than story comments. If nothing else, I've always been told that I'm a comfortable person to talk to. Feel free to vent. Hoping to meet someone like...if I said you, would that be too corny? Hmm...yes.

Quite an author, can't tell site from sight. Don't think I'll be reading yours.................

And you amend the offending word without acknowledging it. So what sort of a person are you?

I think this guy ought to carry a health warning, folks.

While I like decent and literate writing as much as the next gal, I find bully like bashing behavior over a misspelled word much more distasteful.

I'll take my chances with his "health warnings" over your mean spirit.

Hey, I only made a comment about his vocabulary: he does call himself an author. Nothing mean about my first comment.

But it does seem to me disingenuous to correct a mistake without acknowledging it. Is it mean to say so?

This thread is no longer about An author; a gentleman:

It is now about Scotsman69 and how he is all that and a bag of very large, very tasty potato chips! Lesser mortals need not apply.

Well, I'm all broken up about my sight/site error. My apologies to Scotsman (on a horse?) as I usually do lengthy editing. These posts are...quicker. Thanks for pointing it out, tho. I'd rather play the fool early on than have it come back to haunt me :D
