I've done some drawings and painted a little in the past. For the last few years, I've mostly played around with my digital camera and photoshop elements and paintshop pro.

I don't usually share my photos or art that much, but I've really been interested in starting a thread on this forum, which I think is the coolest forum after looking at the artwork here.

Anyway, I have no idea if any of this will interest anyone, or if it's just weird stuff some weird lady came up with.

First, I'd like to share some images from my Makonde series that I did in January. I used an African Makonde belly mask, antique chair, model, and a cool flood and melancholytron plugins.

I'll just post the thumbnails and let you click on what you want.

Eve, if that's the quality you get out of a mediocre camera I'd really like to see what you can do with some better hardware.

Yes, it's got some grain, but I think that works perfectly with the style, and style is something you've got plenty of.

Hey, liar. I upgraded from a 1.3 pixel to a 4. lol I really need to splurge some day and buy a good camera. I'm just using a canon point and click. I think it's a powershot.
