Any perception of the US and it's citizens, factual or false, that leads to revolutionary philosophies which may promote violence against 'any civilian innocents' - American or otherwise - is dead fucking wrong in my book.

And any such person, or group who fuels, promotes or sympathizes or takes part in any way in such negative activity as described above - should be neutralized.

You see it simply does not matter what truth - if any - there is regarding 'what Americans think of themselves and their country,' because if anyone - anyone - wants to do harm to innocents - then they are the ones actually doing the harm. And it is they who need to stop existence. Or they need to change their way of thinking. Which ever comes first.

It's just not acceptable in any way shpe or form - that anyone would think that the workers at the Pentagon or the World Trade Center towers - 'deserved to die.'

And anyone who thinks that - deserves to die.

In my book.

So... are you talking about the innocent people who the terrorists believed "deserved to die" in the attacks? Or are you talking about the Americans who are over in the Middle East bombing innocent people -- not to mention the people who just plain want those innocent people to die because of their nationality? It's a fine line you're drawing here. I'll stick with my philosophy that no one deserves to die -- ever.

Good luck my friend on living with your philosophy. It will take Divine Intervention to elminate all killing. But elminate the evil, there will be an ass of killing.

We didn't start this fight, but I believe GWB will go along way to finishing this fight. And a lot of people will die. I hope a whole lot more of those evil bastards from that "peaceful" religon will soon assume room temperature.

There a big difference between......

accidentally killing inocents and intentionally killing inocents.

Don't ya think. Sure - killing anyone sucks.

Unless they actually are - bad mother fuckers.

Intent of purpose is the issue. Our (the US) intent is good. Their intent is bad.

Go ahead - convince us otherwise.

Accepting the premise that all deaths are regrettable, the rest of your argument stands up.

It may be that the tone is a little aggresive for some but there are few who would disagree on the overall statement.

I only ask one question is there no shade of grey in your intent or theirs?

Fuck tone! Get my drift?

Gray? Always.

But...... are 'you' going to be indecisive when confronted with it?

When 'the gray' happens are you going to fail to pull the trigger?

Will you give your life for that 'cloud of gray?'

Me? When it comes to 'shades of gray' I always side for 'my survival.'

When it comes to shades of gray - I am always right.

When it comes to shades of gray other's are always wrong.

What about the revolutionary philosophy of 'globalization,' which is really first world capitalism with the gloves off, spreading its practices of "planned underdevelopment" to places like Africa, and thus promoting economic violence against innocents--which can kill them just as easily (and in greater numbers) than a planeload of terrorists?

Which is where your whole argument falls flat on its face.

If a politician has a manifesto that includes one area that you disagree with you will support that politician and ignore that which you disagree with.

The opposition taking a different tack on your problem area will still be totally wrong because you dont agree with their other points.

You cannot just bomb a whole area and then just say, 'well we thought they might be on the other side. They weren't? ... oops!'

Sounds to me like you have a pretty good book. I think I have one of those around here someplace. I will have to look for it.

If some people ran this country, we would all ready have surrendered to bin laden. Because all Americans are big assholes, and we deserve what we get.

It's this simple.......

Our (the US) intent is 'good.'

Any intent contrary to 'our good' - to the point of killing our inocent civilians - is bad.

Our enemies are bad. Killing our enemies is good. Killing our enemies is survival.

There is no argument here.
