I did ask Obama. He replied he's never tried taking a country and thinks it's a bit stupid.
I guess it is an American tradition though, I would recommend Mexico if we have to. Give the fucks some stability. Either that or Canada since they speak English and won't fight back.

And Mexico has oil. It could be a good choice. Though I'm not sure that a country that pays farmers not to farm really needs MORE farmland but I guess sometimes thinking long game is better than being caught off guard by something stupid.
