There is a huge difference between Neighbor and Enemy.

Neighbor - may be someone who believes differently than you...look different than you...or someone who has your same values and faith.

Enemy = satan, and its face is evil...in fact everything about your enemy is evil...and God DOES NOT ASK or DEMAND that we LOVE EVIL.
