Does anyone remember this tv show? Ran across it by accident and totally forgot how the company had a Co-Ed bathroom. Interesting, but very embarrassing. Talk about lines being crossed as this is a very private matter. So, could this ever happen? Anyone been to Europe, one of the girls in my office said that a lot of companies have Co-Ed bathrooms….

There used to be co-ed bathrooms here in the 70's. I remember going to rock concerts at places that had them. I don't think I have been in any co-ed bathrooms in Europe but come to think of it I haven't been to many group bathrooms in Europe, mainly ones in youth hostels or trade shows. The ones at the Hannover Cebit weren't co-ed.

I prefer individual bathrooms anyway.

Well, stalls that women use usually have doors, whereas men's rooms often have urinals in the open.

my mind started to drift on this idea, where the company was very proactive and wanted to keep good employees. so not only does this company offer a great health plan.

so the company builds a gym, and now with co-ed showers

Being topless is not as big a deal in some parts of Europe as here in the states.

i was just thinking of pushing Ally, story line in a different direction, can you imagine having a co-ed gym and showers? maybe the contractor is having some issues with the showers in the male locker room. so the company decides to open the gym and they have a vote, co-ed showers or same sex showers. granted, this would leave the company open for sexual harrasment lawsuites....but still, its a naughty thought and to see your coworkers. since this is a gym, lets say that these workers have nice bodies and everyone helps out, helping his/her co worker get back into shape

I have to agree, and that is why i stated some things are better private...plus men tend to be messy!

the gym idea, a couple of years ago CA had a health club in their corp office up in new york. taking a shower with a coworker would lead to some awkward situations, but the idea is kind of naughty and fun.....fantasy.

now, like in the movie hostel, where you walk into a spa and both men and women are walking around topless....could be yummy

I've not been to a co-ed group bathroom like in the Ally McBeal show, but I'm used to co-ed bathroomw in general. You know, two bathrooms and both the men and females go to either one. Not a big thing over here.

I know of saunas that are co-ed.

Top less on a beach is probably fairly common in Europe. Don't see people walking around topless, but the girls take the bikini top off when sunbathing, then put it on again when walking around.

In Sweden I'm always amazed how sun-crazed we are. As we don't get much of it over here, as soon as it gets hot eveyone just throws off their clothes! They'll do gardening in shorts, bikinis and what not. I was watching a handball tournament in the center of Gothenburg, and it was about 25 Celsius, very hot. Never seen so many half nekkid bodies in the city center before!

I wonder how many 'husbands' would freak, if the wife came home and said that the company has a gym, and the sauna is co-ed....the company is very European.....
