Allow only Non-Anonymous comments?

I could swear I remember seeing a way, when you submit a story, to prohibit only anonymous comments, but I checked and I only see the toggle for turning all comments on or off. Am I mis-remembering this? Did I make up that feature?

You can turn off anonymous comments, but it's a universal setting under options. On individual stories you only have the choice of comments or not.

So, along these lines...the "Accept Anonymous Feedback?" option doesn't quite work.

You see, I turned off anonymous feedback several days ago.

Today, I received two emails with feedback from literotica. Each was labeled like so:

This message contains feedback for: TadOverdon
This feedback was sent by: Anonymous

I thought about that. So, using a browser that I'd never used to log in to this site, I went to my Contact page.

In the field labeled "If you would like a response, enter your email address in this box : " I entered the word: Anonymous.

I successfully sent myself feedback.

It looks like you can put anything you like in that field. As long as it's not empty, you've sufficiently identified yourself to the system.

That setting is worded like it applies only to the e-mailed feedback. Are you saying it also applies to comments on your stories?
