Hiya.
New to the forums, haven't made my way round all of them yet, so Mods, please feel free to shift me if I'm in the wrong place.

Just wanted to say hello. Everyone on the forums seems to know each other and, while I'm starting to recognise posters nobody knows me. I will now remedy this situation...if I can.

I am English, in my early twenties, female and a student.
I am making the most of my summer holidays to do some writing for Literotica, because as soon as I go back to Uni I will have sh*tloads of essays to do and I only have so much writing-power in me at any one time.

I tried to write short stories of the non-erotic type, but they came out very pedestrian and I couldn't really find a market for them so I tried submitting a couple of the erotic stories I'd written for myself and they were well received.

I enjoy the feedback and seeing what votes I've been given and checking the public comments and it is these things that drive me on to keep writing.

Most of my favourite things start with a 'C' i think. My own real-world name, cats, chocolate, chatting...
Actually, I'm just being facetious. I like lots of stuff that starts with other letters, but I was trying to be quirky ... I now know that doesn't work.

Um... I really hope I posted this in the right place, because it always annoys me when newbies f*ck up their posts on other forums I'm on and I want to chat to people, not p*ss them off from the start.

Vermilion is my best screen name ever. I had many crappy teenage style ones with hidden meanings in, but Vermilion is a cool colour, easy to spell and remember, ambiguous in terms of gender and contains my name somewhere in it whilst retaining my anonymity online.

btw- inclined to fling off my clothes? you betcha. I actually have a bit of a rep for getting nekked at inappropriate moments, though those have lessened considerably since I was forced into teetotalism <boo hiss>
