How bitchy do you get when you get PMS? There are a couple of days during the month that you should just stay out of my way!! I think today was easily one of them!

How many women on this BB get PMS at the same time of the month as others? I mean, do we share some sort of weird female ritual bonding by all posting in cyberspace together?

Do you think men get PMS? I sure as hell do!

I get PMS and PMs. I prefer the Pms and want to do away with the PMS. In fact I have had PMS all week. Anyone noticed? Oh yeah you are the lucky ones! You live far way away from me. Seriously I get teary, irritable and tired.

PMS from Hell

My friend...who is not my girlfriend, she's just a friend, gets PMS so bad that she takes darvocet. She is a bitch on wheels about that time too, so I know to exit the room quietly if she's ranting.
And I take care not to provoke her.

I think men have hormone fluctuations too...some days I am "moodier" than others. Of course, it could be the scotch too

Men with PMS, of course not ,we are always the same, never moody or hormonal!

I never get PMS. I have PMDD. Perhaps you're darvocet ridden friend should check into that. The Flu is to PMS like Pnuemonia is the PMDD.

As a man I don't get PMS but I do sometimes suffer from it

Come to think of it I don't get PMs either, ho hum

I'm one of the lucky ones. No real PMS. No real problems with cramps, etc. during periods either, at least not for many years. Physical symptoms were a bit tougher when I was younger (teens and 20's) but it all got easier as I got older.

I do notice that I "get hurt" a bit more easily just before my period. And I sometimes am not as coordinated as usual, so I stay away from china and crystal at that point to avoid breakage.

to your diet, believe it or not. getting proper nutrition,
avoiding animal products, ideally eliminating meat
entirely. it will take some time for your body to
adjust to the healthier routine, but amongst the
many benefits will be more tolerable periods.

oh, i hear you poo-pooing, but if i'm lying i'm cramping.

I get really irritated about one or two days before. I only get mild cramping now, because I know it's coming and I take Midol in advance.
I don't know what it is, the Midol and Hormones I think, but I get woozy and I'm off in LaLa land.
