Hey all...

I've been a Lit-er for over a year or so... just didn't get into posting until recently!!

Question for anyone who can help....

I'm not computer illiterate (at least, that's what I think! lol), but I'm on my roomie's 'puter and I can't get his webcam to just take a *picture*... it only does video.

Anyone know what I should look for or try to get some pics up here??

Double click on the software that came with the cam, that will usually let you take a still

Thanks, Sam... only problem is... I don't know what software came with this cam... he loaded it... he's not around to help! lol... do you know names of some programs I can search his system for? Or where to look for something like that?

Lifehouse is one of my favorite bands and Hanging By A Moment is on my regular Karaoke list.

I came in Third in a 5 week Karaoke contest last week so I was pretty happy about that.

Are you on a PC or a Mac?
Might be easier if you ask him how...

it's an Intel cam... on a PC...

Easiest way to find out is go into the add/remove software folder. Look for anything with intel cam in it, or video that will generally do it. If you don't care about pic quality you can download a viewer called iview it takes "scanned" pics using whichever cam is installed.

Hello aim2pleaseu. I think a woodchuck and groundhog are the same thing, it just depends on where you're from what name you use.
