Or just snatched up and kept under wraps. Why advertise that you've got a good thing? Women can be quite vicious in going after greener grass, if you know what I mean?
I couldn't care less at this point, but I don't know that guys get that bad a wrap or if they do, it's any worse than what evil, spineless women get. Maybe that women are just craftier at putting them down about it? No telling.

But seriously. The really great men are few, and the total evil assholes are about as many. The well meaning but quite spineless ones are in a clear majority.
When it comes to women, I've found that the mid-section is rarer, and that there are both more evil and wonderful ones. Ever so often they are the same person.

Wow, the lot of us must really be spineless if none other than me has responded in here thus far.
Anyways, I'm a bit sleep deprived, so pardon if I don't make an incredible amount of sense
It has always seemed to me that the men that are huge jackasses that are out there make for a bad reputation for the rest of the male populace, thus making it seem like even the nicest of men are jerks, even if we do only a mildly jerkish thing. It is from our own experiences that we draw and compare against when we meet someone new, so if somebody new screws up and makes a jerk of him/herself we compare it to our worst case scenarios and drudge up the past. Therefore, not all people are jerks/bitches, but it is our memories that are vendictive against ourselves, in an effort to protect ourselves from a similiar event occuring. If any of that makes any sense..
Hell, I've had my head chewed off before for going out of my way to be nice to someone. It also isn't that men aren't less sensitive than women a vast majority of time, it is that we are sensitive in different areas. The male and female mind will never be alike, it is a scary thought to even think so The only way to ever truly both be sensitive is for both to be communicative, and open with one another..
Okay, lost my track of thought at that point there, so that's enough for now I suppose.. In summary, men and women are different, but I would greatly like to think that the vast amount of humanity still has goodness in their hearts.. it is just a few ruining it all for us. Welcome to our paranoid and untrusting modern day society, ain't it grand?

Can I just be serious for a moment and say how much I hate this kind of thread.
Remember Amicus's thread about the "Feminine Mistake" and how everyone reacted to that, men and women alike. Ok, his views were rather screwy (to say the least), but at least he didn't make a blanket statement saying that all women are evil bitches, or the like. No, he merely blamed women for everything that is wrong in society today.
However, here we have a statement accusing ALL men of being evil or spineless.
Bad Girl, I take it you were being flippant, I really do hope so.
It just seems to me, that too often women can bash men, but may God strike down any man that bashes women.

People, on the whole, are kind hearted, caring and loving. We all make me mistakes. A lot of us make major fuck ups, but every single one of us - man or woman - has good qualities which outweigh the bad. Ok, maybe not - there are some seriously deranged people out there.

Yes, I was flippantly generalising. It would be ridiculous of me to say seriously that all men are evil, because it would simply be far too easy to disprove. Not all men are evil. Some are quite wonderful.
