When I met Intrigued for the first time, I had longed to touch her face, to trace her features with my figertips. It made all that came before meld into reality. Beyond that, her hand on my chest strokng me softly is incredible.

One of the most comforting for me is just what you said...fingertips lightly stroking my face. But, almost as nice is simply holding hands. There's so much strength, comfort and tenderness in holding hands.

The touch that will always bring a smile to my lips is when I awaken to his arms pulling me in close to him and holding me with one arm angled across my chest and his hand resting on my shoulder. It melts my heart when he does it in his sleep.

The touch that I find most comforting is when someone is gently touching my face. It can just be the act of brushing the hair from my eyes or even the quiet touch of a finger playfully rubbed on the tip of my nose.

Maybe it has to do with the feelings of warmth I felt as a child when this was done. Maybe it's just that the need for this kind of touching is so strong and so wanted.

having my neck and head rubbed. It brings such a feeling of comfort and contentment, it can be either gentle or a little rough, I don't mind.

I guess for me it's when my husband gets home from work and wraps me up in a bear hug and presses me into his whole body, it's like all of him has missed me and needs to feel all of me on him. It makes me all warm and fuzzy!
