All About Touch

I like her to have her hand on my back or butt. It shows that she is comfortable with me and whatever is going on around us. That has always been that way with me, even way back in HighSchool.

I can be consistent you see.;)

For me it's always been tha brushing touch of a woman's fingertips along my upper back, from shoulder to shoulder. It's always made me feel safe and strong.

Better though is something I first felt three eyars ago when my daughter feel asleep on my chest. That one is different from the other, but very, very comforting to me.

A hand placed somewhere on my back has the ability to soothe me instantly.

The touch from someone I love is most comforting. A hand on the small of my back as we enter a room. A hand seeking me out in the night when all is a sleep.

I feel the most loved and protected when I'm spooning with a lover I really trust. The full body contact and his arm cradling me soothes me. Kinda like a body hug.

Generally speaking, I am more comfortable doing the touching rather than being touched. Sudden contact is never good, in order for the touch to be comforting, it has to be slow and expected.

A light kiss on my forehead makes me feel safe and loved.

Holding hands. Watching a movie, taking a walk, lying in bed. I really like to hold hands.

Three primary touches, like colors:

Blue: The accidental brush of arms that is not so accidental.
Yellow: The holding of her hand in mine.
Red: The stroke of fingernails across skin.

Outside of lover touches, the most comforting feeling is being wrapped up in a blanket or feeling water against your skin.
