Alexa problems

I was just reading about how the smart speaker "Alexa" through some mishap accidentally sent out some texts inadvertently. It started me to thinking about the whole information thing. This could lead to many story Ideas!

Loving wives- The hubby could look at the history on Alexa and see some strange entries or unintended recordings of his wife and a lover.

Incest - A sibling could find out about the other's desire for them or Mom or Dad etc.

Erotic couplings - helping a good friend leads to finding things out about them through Alexa

Exhib/Voy - while house sitting they could leave risque' pics on Alexa for the home owner to find.

I'm sure a scenario can be made up for each category!

This sort of happened to me in real life. It was with Siri rather than Alexa. A friend arranged to meet me for coffee, and since I didn't want to forget I asked Siri to make an appointment with her. I was intending Siri to just put it in my calander, but instead it texted my friend to invite for coffee. However, my friend and her husband had recently swapped phones so the number in contacts under her name was his and he got a text from me suggesting we meet for coffee.

you dodged a bullet there! How lucky could you be that they switched phones!

This is an example of exactly what I was referring to. Technology inadvertently putting us into situations or getting us in trouble. a fresh scenario to be the intro of a story!
