I was watching on of the shows I regularly record that comes on too late to watch and I failed to fast forward the show in time to not see a commercial.

I invite you to peruse the following site:

http://www.vibratingtouch.com/?page=index

If you notice underneath the online order form, it says:

* Vibrating Touch™ is not for sale in AL, CO, GA, KS, LA, MS, TX or VA.

Notice that with the exception of Colorado, the are all Southern States.

For those women in those states, this is a call to arms! Or at least orgasm. :D

WHAT!!!! When did Kansas become a Southern State?

ps - I am willing to help Kansas ladies in need until that product arrives :D

I prefer to look at it this way..the vibes don't need to be sold in the Southern states (Kansas notwithstanding) because we Southern girls can get it done without gadgets. :D

Yeah and they have Southern men.

Surprised that SC didn't make the list.

What show were you watching? If the commercials are 'this good'...then I want to see the show.

And gee.. what's up with my home state? Guess there's at least one good thing to be said about living in the "PRK"...

Glad to see that my state didn't make this..Usually they are on things like this! LMAO

And WD you are so right we do have Southern men :)

i wonder how a product like that goes about getting banned in a state.. not like it killed anybody

That doesn't surprise me that AL is first on the list.

Actually it is still legal to sell sex toys. Seriously, if you go to an adult store and want to get something they have LARGE stickers stuck to them stating, "For Educational Purposes ONLY!!!." That's the way the get around it, I guess. *shrug*

I thought this BS got overturned in texas?

You can have as many guns as you can put in your house but not a vibrator. That makes sense. At least we have concealed carry AND masturbate however you want.

Incidentally those things work on cock heads too. You don't know what you're missing.

I'm not surprised one bit to see GA on that list. You can't expect much from a state that keeps laws banning anal sex and oral sex on the books. I couldn't even begin to count the number of times I've broken those laws.

Actually, I wasn't surprised to see Mississippi. This is a state that voted to keep the Stars and Bars incorporated into its state flag.

Georgians fought long and hard to keep it in theirs as well. It wasn't pretty there while that battle was going on.

Old news. The law banning the sale of sex toys in the state of Alabama has been on the books since at least the mid-90s. It was pushed through as an add-on to an anti-obscenity, anti-child pornography bill. Most legislators didn't even realize that one sentence was tacked onto the long-ass bill they voted in favor of.

Not that it's stopping anyone. There are adult toy stores in every decent-sized town here. Hell, the place I live, which is only a city by my country-girl standards, has two. Slap a "For Educational Purposes Only" sticker on the package, and nobody gives a shit. The law specifically states something like "for the purpose of lascivious acts" or some shit. "Educational" does not equal "lascivious," so everyone looks the other way.

Yeah, it's stupid, much like the fact that we have the longest Constitution of any state, which hasn't been rewritten in over a hundred years, or the fact that we still have "dry" counties, but it's not actually stopping anyone from doing anything. Besides, purchasing, owning, or using these items isn't illegal. It's just the SALE of adult toys "for lascivious acts" that's illegal. It'll get overturned eventually, and until then, nobody really cares, anyway. I haven't heard of any toy store busts or anything. :p

LOL!

Here in Japan, they put a sticker that says "this product is a party-joke. not to be used for other uses"

Private consensual sodomy between adults has been legal in Georgia for almost 10 years now.
