Hi Richard!

Am only moving about a mile up the road from where I am now.....with any luck.

I say this because yesterday I got a call from the surveyor to say he had found five major problems (and a few minor ones too) with the house. He has passed his findings onto the lettings agent who has in turn, faxed it through to the landlord (who lives in France - bah!).
If the landlord refuses to do the repairs then I will basically be homeless.
Needless to say I am not in the slightest bit impressed....with only 2½ weeks to go till my moving date, I am rather worried about the whole thing.

If he agrees to do the repairs, I suspect my move will be delayed but that's ok, I can live with that but if he refuses......I have no idea what I will do.

Some good vibes sent my way would be greatly apreciated!
