I really like abstract and contemporary art, though I have to admit that my favourite painters are the Pre-Raphaelites, Escher, Klimt & Geiger.

Do you paint at all, Snuffa?
I wish I had more time to do artwork...maybe once I have moved and got settled in, I can make some time!

Ya Ive soiled the surface of many a canvas with my outrageous attempts to paint,

Ive never taken a really good formal painting class, so paint is just one more calaushe (bad spelling there) media, I employed alot of house grade paints, though surprisingly they werent all that bad sometimes for the more violent formats,

anyway Im a lover of surealism, though I haven't seen it explored nearly as much as it aught to have been, the twentyith century has made fads out of art, and alot of styles go out of style before you really get to see their potential,

Im not familiar with Klimt and gieger, probably strongly realistic, precise artist if the theme of your tastes continues,

Ive always loved rodin, and I dovery much like pollock, my memory for names is very bad so there are alot I cant mention because of my alziemers I seem to have at 22. ( It cant be good from here on)

expressionism, surealism, and whats that called when its media based? [I told u my memory sucked, alsziemers is a bitch that doesn't put out (that sounds so mean lol)]

For a start, you can remove those clothes and I shall put this rather lovely black leather collar about your neck......

So are you into Dali?? I must admit that I find his stuff very samey - probably because it really is so commercial these days!
I do like Bosch though, and Blake..though the latter is not surreal in the accepted sense!

Gosh, my back is really aching!
Had a marathon packing session - almost got the front room done now...only the kitchen, diner, bathroom, hall, porch, three bedrooms and the garden sheds to do now!
