My house has hiphop music blasting the whole time in one room, salsa in another, and r&b in a third. The combination tends to be more pleasant than any one of them in isolation.

Get yourself two 30" directional speakers and aim them at her house with the Civil War Oerature playing at full volume. She'll shut the fuck up.

Rent the Speakers and Amp from music store. I'm sure 20-30 minutes of "The Best of Slim Whitman Yodeling" will send the message loud and clear.

On the other hand most places have noise ordinances so a call to the thin blue Line may be slightly more anonymous and get a similar result.
