I have an idea of a story that involves a government agency that blackmails. Britney Spears into helping bring down a woman who owns a resort on a tropical island. The woman has a son and daughter who both are big Britney fans. The agency uses a tape they made of her and one of their female agents to get her to help. The three of them have invented a new kind of drug that increases the sexual desires of a person with just a simple touch which of course Britney falls prey to. I want to write it I am just having trouble starting it off

well, I can't stand Britney Spears, and like Chicklet, I think there are too much stories.

But still, the story idea itself is interesting.

So, what about this: There is this female dictator. She suppresses the people of her country. The US government want to eliminate her, they want to use a spy. But the dictator doesn't want to talk to any politician, he doesn't trust them. She tells the US government: I will only talk to celebrities. So, the US government talks Britney Spears (or another celebrity) into a meeting with this dictator. Since this is good PR for Britney, she agrees to do it. And then, during this meeting, somehow the dictator blackmails Britney (or the celebrity of your choice).

Just think: Maybe Britney Spears personal assistant or her sister/mother accompany her, but then, they are separated. So now, Britney has to decide: Have sex with the dictator, or her mother/sister/whoever will be harmed ....

although there are 40+ Britney spears stories on Lit, you get down to about #196 on the vote list on the " celebrorities" category before a Britney story is evident. seems overdone to mr. The basic plot is good, but how about Drew Barrymore? or Natalie Portman ( about whom few stories exist, about 8,but one is #8and another #11) ?

isn't it a theory or a fact that amelia airheart (however you spell her name) was used as a spy of sorts?

nod nod i think that using a celebrity or someone similar to go to another country undercover is a good idea, but please not britney.

maybe an actress or actor is asked to star in a film in another country, and agrees. when it is public that they have taken the job, they are confronted by some sort of goverment official (sort of like slugworth in charlie and the chocolate factory) and asked if they could maybe take a few pictures of the inside of a certain building while they are there.

there is a movie just coming out with this theme- it is set in early 1960s, and posits that Chuck Barris, creator of The Newlwed Game and The Dating Game ( later host of the Gong Show), used chaperoning Dating Game couples around the world as cover for being a CIA assassin.

well, maybe this is too much away from the original topic, but when Chicklet mentioned amelia earhardt, somehow, the name "Mata Hari" came to my mind ...
