Not allowed, at least not in detail. You might be able to say that "John walked in on his parents and then walked out," but underage characters are not supposed to be involved in any sexual situations. This is from the FAQ:

Previous posts by Laurel (who vets the stories) have noted that sexual situations include the underage character being a voyeur, or the object of one.

So, best just not to do it, for this site.

That's not entirely true. I have read many stories about single parents who get into new relationships, etc., and their children are part of the story. I wrote a story where a woman's nephew figured in. You just have to be clear that the kids/underage characters are not involved in the sexual situations, and you can always include a note when you submit to that effect.

Okay, hold on.

A 20yo is not a "kid." For Lit's purposes, "under age" means "under 18 years old." If a 20yo finds a tape, even of his pregnant mother, even when she's pregnant with him, I think that'd be okay. Weird, but okay.

Now, if a 20yo kid finds a sex tape with someone under 18 involved, then no, you couldn't publish an explicit description of what happens on the tape.

Yes, pregnant sex is allowed. I imagine there's a fair bit of that in the fetish category, for example, as well as other places.

I think it's safe to say that "under age" means out of the womb and up until 18.

The simple rule is that no sexual involvement of anyone under 18 is allowed. Think that covers all that you cite. Now, romance, that's different as many authors have shown.

I have a question about this as I am currently writing a story and using MY youthful experiences to set a stage.

As a youth of say 10 years old am I allowed to "see" an aunt's nipple's when she is breastfeeding a cousin? Can I say that this aroused me and gave me fantasy fuel?

Am I allowed to say I saw my mother, and aunt's semi dressed in bra, panties, garters and silk stockings and that THAT aroused me?

These things certainly set the stage for my future mature or semi mature likes and dislikes as far was the TYPE of woman I wanted and how I liked to see her dressed so...

What stage in my pre pubescent life can I "begin" to notice women sexually for my stories especially considering NOTHING happened in the physical sense THEN but boy oh boy did my poor little nasty brain burn the midnight oil doing every single thing I could imagine while masturbating!

I think that would be no. Arousal is a sexual term and sensation.

If she's talking about a punishment spanking when she's 10, it better be non-sexual. If a guy gets off on thinking about a 10yo girl getting spanked -- ick. I don't see how the spanking of a child gets someone aroused.

I get that the underage rule here is not like "real life," but that's not the site's problem. They have rules, and one is no underage sex -- no one under 18 can be involved in a sexual situation, either as a watcher or a participant. Now, you can have someone say, "I lost my virginity in high school," and leave it at that and it will (probably) go through. But anything more specific or explicit than that will probably not go through.

It's prospectively in a conversation that leads to the revelation that the father spanks the mother sometimes. You are right about the ick factor and it figures into the conversation but there's probably a better may to get there.
