It was hard work, but Samantha kept her cool and taught the lesson as she'd planned. Keeping everything as normal as possible, except not commenting on anyone's dress standards, of course.
She was aware of the unusual buzz among her students, but so far everyone had behaved, and no-one had said anything out of the ordinary, including Stella, much to Samantha's relief.
She's spent the lesson avoiding looking at Josh, but part way through as she glanced across the room in her usual manner, she caught him staring ... their eyes met!
Quickly dropping her gaze, she again carried on as if nothing happened, despite the gentle blush rising in her cheeks.
Not long to go now, she thought to herself ... just today to endure ad it will all be over ... a mistake never to be spoken of ... or repeated
