ADP (Alternate Discipline Plan)... Nude teens naked in school...

Hi, I read in another site (don´t know if true) that in one comunity, there is a way to control discipline in young people, Remove clothes privileges. Parents and other adults (principal, church minister etc.) can, by law, force teens to be naked or remove pieces of clothe (skirt, bra, shoes etc) everywhere (in their house, in stores, IN CHURCH, AT SCHOOL, it´s legal) according to what they did. It is said that this way is 98% more effective than others way of discipline. It´s called ADP.

I have been searching for this but have not found information about it.

The adp thing, well, i do not want to move into that comunity, all i wanted is to read about it, since is so weird and might have some reality in it, called my personal interest, with no other intention but know about it.
