Activity Page - Profile updates

Is there, or will there be, a way to block "<contributor> has updated their profile."

This fills up so many pages of my Latest Activity. Some contributors have 6 or 8 updates in a row, I don't have a need, or desire, to know this.

I agree, it's not interesting or can one actually see what they updated!

It's been brought up before in November but nobody has responded.
