The little snow we had melted yesterday. Now I would guess there is a bit over an inch again. Can't make up its mind anymore.

I live an hour or so from the Carolina mountian country, what comes from there is not scotch but is damn good!

Good to see You, long time since you've been gone.
Abs ain't around much so I guess I'll tend to things as I can with a little help here and there.
We had about 18" of snow last weekend and it was stiil around all week. Now a warm heavy rain. It was like being stranded on a tropical island for a while, just no sun, sand, warm breezes or topless native girls.

Too many distractions to keep up with things around here. On balance, life is good, just lots of drama.
Been writing some when I can. It's damned long story and haven't found the end yet...I know where it is, but someone keeps erecting detours

You're talking to me about a long story? Man, you're preaching to the choir. I wrote 50k words for NaNo and just got started good. I've written another 10k since and the end keeps moving farther out so I know the feeling well.
On the other hand, I went and looked at a story that I had no idea how it would end and two paragraphs later, it found it's own end. I love stories that write themselves. It should be out by Monday or so.
