Just got back from my 1st one week stint with my wife since we decided to live in seperate houses. We spent a delightful, relatively stressless week, with very few anxious momements. Sex,love making and communication was wonderful. If only we could live together.....

Any of you out there with similar experiences that led to a return to a single home for both of you? I am getting the feeling that I really like a bit of flexibility in my marriage.

I think we've already established that your particular situation is unique, so it stands to reason that not too many people have a similar response.

However, being a commitment phobe, while I enjoy traveling with my lover, I rather like coming home alone, unpacking at my own pace, and enjoying the peace.

Maybe I'm just a sap.. But there is no better feeling in the world to return home late at night, see a light on in a curtained window, and know that someone you love with the entirety of your being is behind that window.

I don't think you are a sap, Endlessly. I think that somewhere someone is waiting, who loves you completely, and you will find that lighted window soon.

Light on or not, Endlessly's love or not. Its just great to get home after a long trip and get back in that comfort zone!!!
