If there is a story I have submitted and later discover gross errors on, is there any way to take it down, fix it, and resubmit it? I don't even want to go through the "new stories" shpiel again, just appease my perfectionistic mind about imperfect submissions. Besides, all the feedback I receive and most of what I offer deals with the existing story. It seems kind of harsh to inform somebody about a consistent flaw in their piece and not let them do anything about until next time. Anybody know?
Also, to avoid such problems in the future, would I get as much feedback if I just attach my next story as a Word document into "Story Feedback" rather than submit it and THEN get feedback? This directly ties into my first problem. I'd like to get as much red penning out of the way as possible before people start voting, and the system as far as I've seen it thus far is flawed. It allows for better stories in the future, but I'm concerned first about my story now.
