What I need to know is ...

1)... Is there a way to know if someone has me on their ignore list?

2)... When I send a PM to someone and it's on the tracking list at first as "Not Read" and then disappears but doesn't appear on the "Read" list. Is that being ignored, was it deleted... or what?

It wasn't read and it was in all likelyhood just deleted. The pm I mean. It will likely tell you when you try to send someone a pm that you are blocked by that person. Or at least it used to. I don't know if it still does or not.

I don't think that is necessarily true. I know that when someone switches from visible to invisible mode, all tracking information on PMs you have sent them disappears. This may have happened here.
