On several occasions I have been without any personal internet connection, but I was able to go to what are called "internet cafes" or to a public library and use their computers. It sucks, compared to having my own compiuter, but it's better than nothing.

Box, we don't have any internet cafe's in texas, there is some Starbucks coffee places that have wireless for your laptop, but I don't have a laptop. The library computers is for homeless winos to go look at porn and pee and spit and other disgusting things. But I don't have much free time to join them and share cigarettes and that last good drink of drool and beer from a 40 ounce can.

I will tell you, they kept screwing up the bill. They had doubled my internet charges.

Why?

They said it was my fault for not looking at the e-mails they send. I told them that they send me 50 e-mails a day trying to sell me 2 for 1 breast enhanchment offers and penis enlargment pills, and I don't even have a penis. So I don't look aat them but delete them. Well, apparently they sent one saying my internet was about to run out, so when it did they signed me up for some kinda super expensive plan.
THEY SIGNED ME UP FOR IT, NOT ME.
They was rude and said it was my fault. While they was trying to figure out if they might give me a discount for that I asked about all the long distance charges. They said I didn't make any long distance calls but that another phone company picked up my long distance account, and they was charging me extra to bill me for the other long distance company. Even though I didn't want that or sign up for it or even make any fuckin long distance calls. I was mad, mad, mad. I paid off the bill and told them to cancel my account pronto. I had to pay for all the shit I didn't want and didn't order.

Then I placed a order for new service.

They couldn't turn it on. The stupid fuckers was idiots. I kept calling on a cell phone and being put on hold for hours while they would say "golly, gee, it don't work, something is wrong".

After weeks of that shit I told to fuck off, cancel my new order and return my deposit and new service money, and go to hell.

They turned on my phone the next day.

They turned it on when I cancelled!!!

But not internet.

So I signed up for another company and they let me use thier dial-up while I wait for thier phone and DSL to be working in a month.

AT&T is rude incompetent pigs!!!!

Lisa!!! Good to see you back, sweets. Sorry about the crappy phone company (although I guess I should say congrats on the anal probe ). Hope that things start turning around for you.
