A fairly large number of high school students are 18 years old.

Some people fantasize about this type of thing. Students as well as teachers. I know for a fact I wouldn't have minded boning my homeroom teacher repeatedly although I certainly wouldn't have actually DONE it.

As long as the characters in the story aren't specifically minors, then following the rules of this site, one must assume the character must be an upperclassman of at least 18.

Who cares if you or anyone thinks that kind of thing is sick. Beasiality, Non-Human, rape fantasies and gay male sex are pretty much gross out matierial for me. I dislike them. I don't bitch about em, cause if someone else does, who cares.

I read the thread a while ago and felt that A-J was throwing around allegations and making moral judgments without basis.

Essentially, like Angel, we all have story lines that we prefer not to read. However, it is a matter of choice.

Frankly, someone who is writing about and interested in fantasizing about sex with a blossoming 18 year old is not a concern for me regardless of the nature of the emotional relationship. Do I condone persons in mentoring roles who engage in relationships that cross personal boundaries? No. But, geesh, this is make believe! (as I tell my three year old about the Grinch.)

A_J as well as anyone else who doesn't approve, doesn't have to read the stories or befriend the authors.

After all, lit is about fantasy moreso than reality, is it not? And, lit is porn site, not sunday school.
