You need to be more specific in your thread title or your first post. You never said anything about rating your hand. Looks like it would fit in well on the Wanker of the Week thread.

My rating was for your photograph. It got a 2 because it looks grainy, there are no lighting effects, we can see your phone, and you really should have deleted that shadow that looks like a penis dropping out of your arm.
