A Touch of Strange.

I would like to hear your view points on this.

My father-in-law died a couple months ago. I was over at their house delivering my Mother-in-laws, Mother-in-laws day stuff. My wife had to work.

She wanted to give me his porn collection. He has some 8 mm vintage stuff.

Here is the thing... Most of them were VCR tapes (about twenty, I didn't count them) And the thing is... THEY WERE MINE!

I do Cd's and record to my computer, those things have been in storage in our entrainment center I thought.

I have very funky handwriting and I recognized it instantly.

There isn't but two ways for him to have them because I didn't give them to him.

Either my wife gave them to him or he took them him self, his wife has a key to our house.

I'm not sure which is stranger or if I want to know which way it went down.

As far as I know my wife doesn't like porn.


So what do you think and have you had anything weird happen to you like this?

I agree it is strange. Very strange. I'm a daughter and there's no way I'd give my dad porn. That just crosses some very weird kind of line.

Either he took them, or your wife and her mom decided to get rid of them, and somehow your father-in-law intercepted them. If I were you I'd just let this issue drop. It's curious, but bringing it up could open a can of worms that's way past its expiration date.

Still, If one DID think upon the dark side, IT might explain a lot about my wife when we first met.

The drug addition, cutting , burning, numbing out, Intimacy issues.

Not caring much about sex.

NO,hat wasn't even half of my VHS collection and now I do Cd's now.

They were in storage sort of.

Along the same lines...

My sister and her hubby had misplaced a "movie" and accused my nephew of taking it. They made a HUGE deal out of it...my nephew denied everything. The idiots left it in their DVD player. WTF? Couldn't they check THERE first before jumping to conclusions?

It just makes me *bleh* that they leave their stash laying around like that. I guess I would keep it hidden especially with a teenage boy in the house.
