I would like to respond to Mia. You are not right with your facts. The court did not give this gal full custody and the court as of right now know nothing of this gentlemans side of the story. I believe when the courts finally make her come back for the temporary custody hearing things will be changed. One cannot do the things this person has done and not suffer the consequences. And by the way the children were never harmed and the father was never even accused by anyone of harming them. On that topic this gal has no proof that she was being abused you would think if she had been a picture or 2 of some sort of abuse would be available. We all know that this gal had a camera right and was very good at using the timer on it to take pictures of herself. If you dont I will show you. The restraining order was supposedly filed because of the terrible beating this gal took, is what confuses me is that the 25 or so pictures of her immediately after the alledged incident show absolutely nothing and the pictures were taken by the chief of police. When a person claims in a written statement that she was choked hit repeatedly in the face and kicked the same way, had clumps of hair pulled out etc. dont you all think the pictures would show something? It kind of makes you wonder of this persons credibility! I know it sure made all the police and others ? it.

How can the children have never been harmed if their father was beating on their mother?

If these pics were taken by the police and the case has not gone to trial BUT there was a restraining order filed...then someone had to have seen something.

Are you a police officer?? If you are NOT a police officer ASSIGNED to the case...how can you put words and feelings onto the police officers involved???

She makes a break, runs, far, back to the place she grew up. Where the new friend is from. He provides a haven for her and her children as she tries to rebuild a safer life.

I'm ever so curious about this character in the story.

How is HE holding up?

How is HE doing?

How is HE dealing with all this?

There are so many dynamics..and so many people to be concerned about..but there is normaly one that gets over looked, the provider of the safe haven.

I cannot speak for the man himself...but I can speak as a friend of the man. He is a class act among men. He cares and loves with his whole being. He is a wonderful friend to have. He is someone that I am proud to know...and I hope that he knows I am here for him always.

He's doing fine. The harassment charge he filed has chased off 90% of the calls. And he has his own life and job that occupy and please him.

What he really hopes is that the abuser will just accept that he can't contact the kids right now, then let the legal process do it's thing so that we can all get on with putting our lives back together.

I started a thread in the how to to find help in saving a fine lady who was deeply depressed & now some scum where she worked has accussed her of sexual harrassment & she was sacked being judged guilty with nothing but the said blame by an employee there was no innocent to PROVEN guilt just took the accussers word.

This fine company is WAL MART for those that have read the hightly edited post will see the sick attitude they displayed in their actions, it's very easy to find her tale just look for the sadest post in the thread.

I think a total black ban on this company would be a very fair result.

I have entered a bond with this lady & she was thinking of comming to Aussie to meet me in person but was afraid that I might be upset if I didn't get a cuddle from her when she was here but I assured her that it wouldn't worry me one bit as her recovery was my main concern.

One thing stood out in the original long narrative, mentioned briefly and then not again. He drank her paycheck away. So it sounds like alcoholism was a pervasive undercurrent in the story. Not that being drunk excuses abusive behavior--alcoholism and abuse seem to be joined at the hip in so many cases.

Ugh. Ugliness can be turned around, though.
