As for a specific star? Alas, that would be tough - for reasons WH already touched on. You could try going to the local adult store and picking up a copy of AVN (or better yet see if they have a website up). Being a trade magazine, it might offer a few names to do more research on.

I don't know about rubenesque but I can sure name some thick ones! (Something there is no shortage of in black porn, mind you.)
Ebony Ayes might be the one to best fit your description but I'm sure she's not working anymore. I've seen Dominique Simone recently but I'm not 100% sure she's still working.

I've got a hunch you're using a fairly strict definition of "Rubenesque" (characteristic of female nudes in Peter Paul Rubens' painting). By today's standard's, that would make "Rubenesque" a synonym for "fat". The second definition in Websters is probably closer to the point (plumply voluptuous).
However, I agree that it'd be a stretch to consider either lady, plump. And as you pointed out, neither one is black.
By the way, during my "research" I noticed that Cousteau was recently named to some porn hall of fame. She specialized in playing "ditzy" dames who loved to screw. IMHO, she'd have been perfect for the role of Terry Southern's "Candy."
