Living in the 21st century, the kind people who update the MLA, APA, and Chicago manuals of writing are just a step ahead of you and have included sections addressing your very concern in their latest editions. Believe it or not, several very intelligent people joined forces at some point in the past and devised a brilliant method for citing web sources in scholarly documents, and thanks to their genius we, and Lavender in particular, will not have not mull over such a complex problem as that which you have posed.

*cough* LL? How is lavender asking for input on this topic any different from someone asking for advice on their relationship etc.

lavender is a clever woman working hard to get a good education.
If I want to know something I use any method available to me to research a topic. Including asking here at lit for others opinions or input.
