Well, that depends. There are times when a woman can cum fast, and, other times, when she needs a lot of love and attention. Granted that women are less likely to cum as fast as guys, but they don't have to take forever either.

My girlfriend cums at the drop of a hat. Nothing to do with any phenomenal skill on my part or anything, she just goes from zero to explosion faster than a dragcar.

It's nothing unusual for her to need a ten minute pant and water break before Mr. Happy has even been introduced to the equation. It's rarely more than a minute or two before she's writhing and screaming, unless I'm purposely drawing it out to make it more intense - and even then she'll still pop sometimes before I was trying to get her there.

There have been quite a few times when I got cut off mid-stroke because she just couldn't handle any more. She doesn't leave me (not)hanging, of course, but it's mouth only in those situations.

She's on a lot of meds though, and sometimes absolutely nothing will get her there when the timing is wrong. That drives her to the point of tears, considering how easy it usually is for her. We've learned to time it and just endure any urges when it's too close to when she's taken her meds.

Not easy when a small child and my work schedule limit the potential windows of oppurtunity anyhow.
