A question for subs who have been to munches

Or any other organized public bdsm event. What were your feelings as you were getting ready for your first meeting? and how was the group different than you anticipated?

There was a certain level of excitement... when I attended my first munch... only because it was an unknown.

What I found were ordinary people with a perversion... it was interesting and exciting...

I was excited, and very nervous. Mostly nervous. Wondering if what I was wearing was okay, if I was acting like a submissive is "supposed" to act, what kind of people were going to be there, how do they react to new people, what they would expect of me...

What I found was a really great group of very nice, normal people who were tolerant, accepting and more than willing to answer all my newbie questions and share some of their experiences and knowledge.

Funny... I was expecting a bunch of kinky feaks.
